Deanne started to manage my property from late last year. Deanne is very customer focused, she is of great help in managing my property as I purchased it from the other state and cannot attend to the property myself. A few days before X’mas, my property was broken in. Deanne gave me a call straight away informing me the news. Despite it was the holidays, she went to inspect my property to ensure it was securely locked. I am very grateful to her for attending everything necessary to settle the incident. There was another incident that my fence was hit by a car. That day, Deanne called me during Saturday, I was so surprised that she was still working. Then she told me about the accident and comforted me that she would get everything fixed. And she did!
With Deanne as my property manager, I feel very comfortable. I totally entrust her with my valuable asset as I know that she will take good care of it.
