To whom it may concern, I rented a townhouse through Professionals for approximately 4 years. During that time Shelly was my property manager. Shelly was always extremely helpful and polite. We had a few issues when we first moved in and Shelley was always available either via email or phone to answer any questions and help us out. During the routine inspections Shelley made the process as quick and painless as possible. She knew I was a shift worker and always made the effort to work around my schedule. A couple of years into my lease there was a problem with the bathroom. Water leaked through the ceiling and the roof started to collapse. Shelley was so swift with getting someone in to fix the bathroom. She made the process as painless as she could, even though we were without a bathroom for five weeks due to the water damage. Shelley is an excellent property manager and I wish her all the best in her future ventures.
