Our experience with Elyse as our property manager has been nothing short of fantastic. She keeps us up to date with everything that is going on with our property from phone calls, newsletters and invoices to the very thorough inspection reports. She also provides us with photos of different rooms and areas of our property so we too can see the standard that it is being kept at.

Elyse Woods have been managing our properties in Playford area for more than five years. We live in Sydney and one stage we had five investment properties. We have totally relied on Elyse to take care of those properties.
In the years’ time, she has handled many difficult situations such as insurance claim and tribunal hearings. When tenants leaving, she often has potential tenants lined up to fill the vacancy, which reduces a lot of financial pressure. Elyse has been an excellent property manager. I trust her ability and integrity in dealing with tenants and property maintenance, etc. Elyse handled difficult situations for us in a number of occasions including insurance claim, vandalism, etc. When tenants move out, she usually informs us early then try to find tenants to move in quickly, which is a big help financially. Recently, she has to work with the trustee people due to bankruptcy case. Anyway, her performance is outstanding and I have no reservation to recommend her to any potential landlords.
