It’s an interesting world out there with interesting real estate people and equally interesting property managers. I thought i’d share my experience to help others finding rental life a rough ride, which i did NOT with the Professionals Salisbury (my post Professionals experiences have been mixed). I rented in 2020 and recently vacated a rental property in the northern suburbs and i’ve, ok, enjoyed my time renting through Professionals Salisbury. Is that a thing? Only because renting isn’t supposed to be pleasant, is it? Well…from day one when i inspected the place through to my vacate, i dealt with Tanya from the Salisbury office and the experience has been nothing but positive. Tanya was consistently professional, respectful, and treated me as a person/tenant that matters, not a number, or just another tenant on a list of to-dos. Any minor issues i had were attended to promptly. Inspections were prompt and on time. Lease renewals communicated in a timely and clear fashion.
